The Nexo from Moziware is a new category of portable smart devices for use in remote support, maintenance work or quality audits.

With the Moziware Nexo, employees can, for example, start and end video calls with their smartphone, tablet or MDE (e.g. handheld terminals & scanners) device simply via touch operation. Connection to the Nexo is simple via the MoziConnect™ app and Wi-Fi connection. The MoziConnect™ app can be installed on your device free of charge from the Android Playstore.

The Nexo device is not only particularly compact and lightweight at 95 grams, it is also characterised by its robustness – it is IP66-certified and can withstand drops of up to 2 metres, ideal for use in demanding environments. The operating time of up to 4 hours can be extended to up to 15 hours with an additional battery.

The Nexo’s high-resolution 16 MP camera ensures razor-sharp images and detailed video recordings in 1080p at 60 fps. Thanks to the 4-axis phase detection autofocus (PDAF), movements are captured precisely, while the integrated LED flash ensures optimum visibility even in low light conditions. The Class 2 laser pointer also enables precise targeting, ideal for inspections, documentation and remote support.

The integrated voice control currently has 13 languages, as well as compatibility with apps from leading software partners.  This enables immediate use without lengthy training.
